WSL Manager Commercial License Agreement
THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("LICENSEE") AND Bostrot Inh. Eric Trenkel ("LICENSOR"). BY INSTALLING OR USING WSL Manager, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
1. Grant of License: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use WSL Manager for commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions: Licensee may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble WSL Manager, except as permitted by law.
3. Payment and Contact: Licensee agrees to pay Licensor a licensing fee, the amount of which shall be agreed upon separately. Companies or individuals that meet the criteria for this commercial license should contact license@bostrot.com for payment and further details.
4. Termination: Licensor reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if Licensee fails to comply with any of its terms.
5. Warranty: WSL Manager is provided "as-is" without any warranty of any kind.
6. Revenue Threshold: This license must be purchased by companies or individuals who have an annual revenue greater than $1,000,000 USD, or as otherwise agreed upon.
7. Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Germany.
