chore: 初始化项目仓库

添加项目基础配置文件：
- 创建 .gitignore 文件，包含 Go、Node.js、Vue 和 Windows 开发环境的忽略规则
- 添加 MIT 许可证文件，明确项目版权和使用条款
- 创建基础的 README.md 文件，包含项目名称和简要描述
